The Short Version

When you reach out about a party, a belly session, or a window, I collect the basics I need to quote and book your event: your name, your phone number, and the details you share about the day. I use that information to serve you, and for nothing else. I don't sell it, rent it, or trade it, and your phone number never leaves my hands.

Who I Am

Faith Paints by Calli is under Softwaretainment LLC, called Faith Paints, I, or we in this policy, is a face painting, body and belly painting, and window art business run by Calli serving Wood County and nearby East Texas towns. This policy explains what information this website and I collect and how it gets used.

What I Collect

When you send the quote form, call, or text, I may collect your name, phone number, event date, town, headcount, and anything else you include about your event. If you book, I keep the details needed to plan and complete the job, like your venue address and design requests.

Like most websites, this site also gathers basic visitor data such as browser type and pages viewed, through cookies and standard analytics tools.

How I Use It

I use your information to answer your inquiry, prepare your written quote, schedule and complete your booking, and send confirmations and reminders about your event. If you separately opt in, I may also send occasional news like seasonal booking windows. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with anyone for their own marketing.

Text Messaging

If you check the consent box on the quote form or otherwise opt in, I may call or text you about your event. Message frequency varies with your booking. Message and data rates may apply, so check with your carrier about your plan. Reply STOP to any text to opt out; you'll get one final confirmation message and nothing more after that. Reply HELP or call 903-636-8656 with questions.

Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your number is used by Faith Paints alone, to talk with you about your own inquiry or booking. Message delivery depends on your mobile carrier, and I'm not responsible for delayed or undelivered texts. By opting in to texts, you confirm you are 18 or older.

Photos

I sometimes photograph finished work for my portfolio, this website, my Google profile, and my Facebook page. Photos of children are shared only with a parent or guardian's permission, asked plainly at the event, and it's always fine to say no. If a photo of you or your child is posted and you'd like it taken down, contact me and I'll remove it.

Children's Privacy

I paint a lot of kids' faces, but I don't collect information from kids. Quote requests and bookings are made by adults, and this website isn't directed at children. If you believe a child has sent me personal information directly, contact me and I'll delete it promptly.

Cookies and Analytics

This site may use cookies and common analytics tools to understand how visitors use it. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, though a few features may not behave as expected.

Data Security

I take reasonable care with your information, and access to it stays with me and the software that runs this site and my bookings. No internet transmission is completely secure, so I can't promise perfection, but your details are handled with care and kept only as long as I need them for quotes, bookings, and honest records.

Your Choices

If you want to see, correct, or delete the information I have about you, or stop hearing from me entirely, call 903-636-8656 or send a note through the form on this site. I'll take care of it.

Changes to This Policy

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Using the site after an update means you accept the revised version.
